[NPC] Kharos, Rogue Trader

Notes: Kharos is a wealthy and successful Rogue Trader. Currently in his command are 1 Capitol Ship, Frigate class, Vanitys Revenge (there are probably more ships, but this is the only one you are aware of). He has about 1000 soldiers and a crew of 21000 menials and servitors. He also has a number of gun cutters.
