-All player characters begin with 2000 total exp to spend at creation
-After creation is approved they gain the Kill Marine advanced specialty for free
-All characters will be tracked in this forum.   Please prefix with [PC] or [NPC] as required
-Info from any manual is accepted. Please reference any material that is not from the core book so I can find it quickly

Addendum: all characters require base fellowship of 40. This may be after chapter bonuses, but before exp is spent.
